If you still want to get a refund please read the following text carefully❗❗

According to our latest policy, we refund 80% of the subscription fee if you request it within 24 hours of being charged.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the full membership fee because we pay high payment processing fees for charging and refunding and that is why we have to retain some part of the payment.

If you ask for a refund after 24 hours of being charged, unfortunately, we cannot help you. We make a notice on the membership page where you make the payment that all subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal until you cancel. The notice is also placed in the confirmation email you get upon getting our membership. Thirdly, we send renewal reminders a week before the charge takes place reminding you to cancel if you no longer need the membership.
